- NightLifeApp does not run ads for sites or businesses with the following types of content, nor does it allow advertising for products or services which contain the following types of content:

- Explicit sexual language
- Erections or explicit sexual acts
- Erotica
- Violence
- Assault or rape
- Injury to human beings
- Injury to animals
- Blood or dismemberment of human beings
- Blood or dismemberment of animals
- Torture or killing of human beings
- Torture or killing of animals
- Anti or Hateful Speech - Content promoting violence or advocating against a particular group is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to groups identified by their:
- Race or ethnic origin
- Color
- National origin
- Religion
- Disability
- Sex
- Age
- Veteran status
- Sexual orientation or Gender identity
- Drugs - Content promoting drugs and drug paraphernalia. This includes drug accessories, illegal drugs, and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms.
- Gambling - Content devoted to the promotion of gambling, wagering or betting of any kind. (Only applies to the US and other countries in which such content is illegal.)
- Prostitution - Content promoting prostitution.
- Weapons - Content promoting certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles.
